Herlinda Jimenez is a home baker based in the Live Oak / Selma area of Northeast San Antonio, Texas. What started as a love for baking and creating warm, meaningful moments at home has grown into a small-batch baking business centered around quality, comfort, and care.
For the past 5–10 years, baking has been more than just a hobby — it’s been a way to slow down, pour into family, and create something special to share with others. From sourdough and English muffins to cookies and sweet bakes, every item is made with attention to detail and the kind of love that can’t be mass produced.
As a wife and mother, Herlinda values home, family, and intentional living. That same mindset carries into every bake — thoughtful ingredients, small-batch care, and the belief that good food should feel both beautiful and comforting.
